Dictionary တစ္ခုလုပ္ဖို႕ အတြက္ အေရးၾကီးဆံုးက data ပါပဲ။ Dictionary လုပ္ဖို႕ software ေတြက Babylon Glossary Builder Bayblon Dictionary အတြက္ add-on dictionary တစ္ခုတည္ေဆာက္ခ်င္ရင္ေတာ့ babylon glossary builder  ကို အသံုးျပဳႏိုင္ပါတယ္။ အသံုးျပဳဖုိ႕အတြက္ data ေတြကို  excel file နဲ႕ ရိုက္သြင္းရပါတယ္။ အသံုးျပဳပံု အဆင့္ဆင့္ကိုေတာ့ http://www.babylon.com/support/step-by-step/quick-guide/glossary-builder.html မွာ ရွင္းျပထားပါတယ္။ Excel မွာ data ေတြ သိမ္းျပီး babylone dictionary ကို လြယ္ကူစြာ ျပဳလုပ္ႏိုင္ပါတယ္။ Stardict Editor Stardict dictionary အတြက္ dictionary ဖန္တီးခ်င္ရင္ေတာ့ stardict editor ရိွဖို႕လိုပါတယ္။ stardict editor က windows ေကာ Linux မွာပါ သံုးလုိ႕ရပါတယ္။ Windows မွာ သံုးခ်င္ရင္ေတာ့ အရင္ဆံုး stardict သြင္းထားဖုိ႕လိုပါတယ္။ stardict-editor.exe ကို ေအာက္က လိပ္စာမွာ download ခ်ႏိုင္ပါတယ္။ http://downloads.sourceforge.net/stardict/stardict-editor-3.0.1.rar သူ႕ကို C:\Program Files\Common Files\GTK\2.0\bin download ခ်ျပီးရင္ေတာ့  ထဲမွာ သြားထည့္ေပးရပါတယ္။ အဲဒါမွ run ႏိုင္မွာပါ။ stardict Editor က Tab system ကို အသံုးျပဳထားပါတယ္။ word     state\ndef ဆိုတဲ့ ပံုစံရိွပါတယ္။ word နဲ႕ state ၾကားမွာ tab space ျခားထားပါတယ္။ \n ကေတာ့ တစ္ေၾကာင္းဆင္းဖို႕အတြက္ပါ။ Stardict က Windows, Linux,iPhone စတာေတြမွာ အလုပ္လုပ္ႏိုင္တယ္။ ဒါေပမယ့္ ျမန္မာစာ ကို ရွာရင္ေတာ့ အျပည့္အဝ မေပၚပါဘူး။ စာလံုး ျပတ္ေနတာေတြ ရိွတတ္ပါတယ္။
